5. Appointments, Payments & Cancellations

Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.

Payment terms, session length, cancellation policy, and fees are communicated separately at the time of booking and are binding once an appointment is scheduled.

Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged according to the Practice’s cancellation policy.

Online sessions are conducted via secure third-party platforms.
While reasonable efforts are made to maintain confidentiality, the Practice is not responsible for technical issues, interruptions, or security breaches beyond its control.

Clients are responsible for ensuring a private, quiet environment during online sessions.

7. Confidentiality & Privacy

Client confidentiality is respected in accordance with professional ethics and applicable Israeli law.

Information may be disclosed only when legally required, including but not limited to:

  • Risk of harm to self or others

  • Legal or court obligations

  • Mandatory reporting requirements under Israeli law
